The emulsifying formula rinses away easily without leaving a greasy residue while helping maintain the skin's natural moisture balance. Directions: Using dry hands, scoop an appropriate amount of balm and massage gently onto a dry face to dissolve makeup and impurities. Add a small amount of water to emulsify the balm into a milky texture, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a water-based cleanser if desired.
